Chef Ante at Isabella’s

Chef Ante Hajduk comes from just across the Adriatic Sea from Italy.  His home country of Croatia has always been influenced by Italy and it’s history.  Chef Ante worked at Nicola’s Italian Restaurant at Legacy Shops prior to arriving at Isabella’s.   He has worked with Brio’s Tuscany Grille and was Sous Chef with a European Bistro Concept called Yia Yia’s in Kansas working with accomplished Chef David Warner.   Chef Ante approaches one year with us at Isabella’s and we continue to move forward with exceptional Italian Cuisine.
