Family Tragedy and a request for Help

Our prayers go out to our famous comedian Bartender Mr. Chris Rager, his wife Chrystal and their daughter Jay Lee. 

Chris is one of our favorites at Isabella’s and I am sad to announce he has been involved in a tragic accident coming home from his comedy club last Tuesday evening.  He is in the Plano Medical Hospital at 15th and Coit.  He has suffered multiple fractures and a collapsed lung.  He went through surgery yesterday and is expected to recover, though it will be a tough road for him and his family.

I am afraid that his family does not have the medical insurance coverage necessary for them to cover the multitude of medical expenses.  I personally am requesting for any of his many friends, and our guests who know and love him to please think about giving Chris and his family some financial assistance.  Contributions would be greatly appreciated, even of $10-$20 would greatly help.  You can mail to Isabella’s Restaurant, 1279 Legacy Drive, Suite 100, Frisco, TX, 75034.

Uodate: 10-14-09, The Doctors are trying to ween Chris off the respirator and his temperature dropped today.  He s on quite a bit of medication still and so he is most likely without pain.
