CENTINE BIANCO

TOSCANA IGT

Production Area: Hillside vineyards in the southern part of Tuscany.

Grape Varieties: 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Pinot Grigio, 30% Chardonnay.

Description: Brilliant yellow in color, this sophisticated white cuvée off ers alluring aromas of pear,

apricot, and lime, with a hint of herbs. Lush fl avors on the palate supported by crisp acidity.

Our Centine takes its name from a 19th century farmhouse on the Castello Banfi vineyard estate is a rural Tuscan dwelling is noted for its many stone arches, called centine in Italian.

Well balanced, Centine Bianco is notable for its rich aromatic expression and elegant structure.  Soft pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel for 16 days.

Rosso di Montalcino

doc – Estate Bottled

Production Area: Montalcino, Southern Tuscany, Italy.  Grape Varieties: 100% Sangiovese, select clones.

Description: Intense ruby red in color with violet reflections. Fresh bouquet with typical varietal characteristics of violet, cherry, and plum. Full and elegant in taste, with a surprisingly long finish.

Castello Banfi Rosso di Montalcino might be considered Brunello’s younger sibling. Made from 100% select Sangiovese clones, Rosso di Montalcino offers rich, forward fruit flavors in a well-structured wine with supple tannins and good acidity for dining.

Aged for 12 months in French oak, partially in barriques and partially in large casks. An additional 6 months of bottle aging is done before release.

Toscana IGT-Estate Bottled

Production Area: Montalcino, Southern Tuscany, Italy. Grape Varieties: 80% Sangiovese, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot.

Description: Deep and intense mauve red color. Gentle aromas of vanilla, tobacco and coffee, with hints of cherry jam and prunes. Harmonious with soft, well-balanced tannins. Persistent finish and a great potential for aging. A refined cuvée of noble red grapes perfected by our pioneering clonal research. This dark beauty, BelnerO, is produced at our innovative winery, chosen 11 consecutive years as Italy’s Premier Vineyard Estate. Fermented in our patented temperature controlled French oak and aged 2 additional years. Unfiltered. Nitrogen bottled to minimize sulfites.

Estate Bottled

Production Area: Acqui Terme, Piedmont, Italy. Grape Variety: 100% Brachetto.

Description: Festive cranberry in color with an aromatic bouquet with hints of raspberries, strawberries and rose. A fresh raspberry taste, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a round and luscious finish. Rosa Regale is produced from Brachetto grapes grown in the “La Rosa” vineyard, located in the heart of historic Acqui Terme. Rosa Regale is produced using the Charmat process, fermentation with brief skin contact, filtration and storage at 32?F, followed by refermentation in stainless-steel vats, and isobaric bottling
